As with any different method of teaching and learning, there are advantages and disadvantages to streaming online lessons. There is a comfort to not needing to leave your home. Many people not only enjoy this convenience but the time saved in driving or money saved having a teacher come to their home.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds, but the first online meeting/lesson is free with no obligation.

What kind of internet do I need?

You need high speed internet through either a cable, phone, or another ethernet company providing high bandwidth service.

How do I know if my internet is fast enough?

Here is what you need for a reliable connection.

Internet Speed Minimum:
2Mbps download/1Mbps upload
Internet Speed Recommended:
20Mbps download/2Mbps upload

Know that if there are more than one person in the house using the internet at the same time, the internet minimum requirements may not be sufficient.
